Challenge

After holding a number of live events, the community has realized that making the donor experience more interactive, by providing feedback as well as rewards, for each user that donates, is likely to increase the total sum of donations collected.

Goal

We want to make the fundraising experience more interactive, achieve gamification, and implement equality of donating experience.

Our target customer is Taiwanese coral reef society, theme color is ocean blue and living coral.

Challenge

Regardless of a way of how to present donors’ cameras. We came up with another way to present top donors. It also delivers the meaning of ranking, and shows their recognition based on their needs.

Conclusion

We succeeded in delivering all our core features within limited 10 mins. We delivered fluent and comprehensive presentation. The top feature we proposed, Slido, could take less effort and high impact. We had overall consideration about feasibility and mvp thinking when designing, and the proposal of Slido earned critical acclaim.
